My current lifestyle includes 5 times a week some sort of body movement (yoga, cardio, pilates, weights, etc). It makes me happy, shifts my mood, gives me self confidence, and makes me stronger... but it was not always the case. For most of my life, i would just workout every once in a while, and it felt more of a chore than a joy. However, it all changed a few years ago, as I embarked in a deep dive into my spirtual path.

It might all have started with the basic questions of "who am I?", "how did I make it here?", and of course "what is my path in this lifetime?"... but soon it all started to connect, and I could not continue my spiritual journey without taking care of my body, which is our sacred temple in this life. Thus the importance of self care as an expression of our self love, which should be the ultimate love: unconditional, and infinite love.

So within a few months, I was taking care of my spirit, and my body, and so the last piece was my mind, but it was easy to include it into my holistic wellness path, as i started to realize that by meditating, by connecting with the cosmos and Mother Nature, and by taking care of my body through movement and eating correctly, my mind was already getting clarity and peace.

Moreover, my mind started to crave new things: silence, knowledge for new interests, new music, etc... and rejecting other junk that would not add or benefit me at all, such a gossip, negative news, depressing movies, etc.

Before I realized, I was working on daily practices that would nourish all 3: my body, my mind and my soul. And I have never felt better, more grounded, more centered, more creative, and more inspired.

This is the journey of a lifetime. It is a marathon not a sprint, so start one step at a time... and know that by taking care of yourself (body, mind and soul), you will be able to not only be a better you for you, but for all your loved ones, for your community and for tour entire planet.
