It is not an easy one. It requires courage, forgiveness, and commitment to do the work to claim back our health and our wholeness of our physical bodies, our minds, our emotions and our spirit.
We will need to act with integrity and make decisions from a place of love. By doing this we will remember who we truly are, our essence, and our inner wisdom.
We will have to let our hearts guide us by trusting our intuition.
We will need to reconnect back with our soul's path and understand that we are all ONE.

Welcome to Monze's Apothecary!
We are an apothecary and a holistic guide to support your healing journey through spiritual tools, herbs, rituals, mindful eating, Ayurveda practices and more.
It was founded by Monzerrat Brunkhorst, a passionate self-care advocate, intuitive healer, herbalist, Ayurveda practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Numerologist, Akashic Reader, and Entrepreneur. She started her own spiritual journey back in 2020. And it was through this journey that she realized how everything and everyone is interconnected, and so if we want to create a better world, we have to start by healing ourselves to be able to shine and show up fully for our family, friends and community. We need to realize that the answers are always within ourselves, and that all we need to do is learn how to access them.
This is done by navigating through the journey of holistic wellness and healing, and recalibrating back into balance our body, mind and soul. The trick here is to recognize that the state of balance is dynamic, and by staying grounded while remaining open and expansive, we will be able to find our flow in life. There are many tools to help us with this like herbs, mindful rituals, and even journaling.
